The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.

Wir liefern weltweit mit DHL Deutschland. Lieferungen nach Deutschland über DHL Deutschland, nach Österreich per Post AT und Schweiz mit der Schweizer Post von unserem Firmensitz Rorschach/St.Gallen.
Für Schweizer Bestellungen fallen keine weiteren Zollkosten für den Kunden an.
Schweizer Bestellungen zeigt es automatisch in CHF an beim Bestellvorgang.

The goods can also be collected from our warehouse by prior arrangement.

In addition to the prices shown, we charge a flat rate of €5.99 per order for delivery within Germany and Austria. For orders with a merchandise value of 129€ or more, we cover the shipping costs for delivery within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

For shipping to other EU countries we charge 15.99 euros, for shipping to Canada and the USA 36 euros.

Für den Versand in die Schweiz berechnen wir 8 SFR und übernehmen ab einem Warenwert von 129 SFR die Versandkosten für Sie. Eine Abholung der Waren ohne Versandkosten ist sowohl in unserem Lager in Rohrschach/St. Gallen (Schweiz) als auch in unserem Lager in Höchst/Vorarlberg (Österreich) nach Absprache möglich.

The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping basket system and on the order page.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

The flat rate shipping fee includes the statutory VAT as far as applicable. As the VAT on the flat rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates. This means that the flat rate shipping charge can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favour.
